To celebrate one year of fear on the net, HorrorBuzz is proud to announce that Emmy Award Winning Make-up Designer Jaremy Aiello will be astounding guests to the HorrorBuzz booth during Midsummer Scream. Aiello, who’s incredible repertoire includes such blockbuster hits as Independence Day, AMC’s The Walking Dead, The X-Files, Oz The Great and Powerful, and Django Unchained, will be at the a fixture at the HorrorBuzz booth for the two day event.

Guests at Midsummer Scream will be able to witness first hand the artistry and skill of Aiello’s stunning creations with a series of jaw-dropping make-up demonstrations. Aiello, whose fiendish mind was responsible for the iconic Bicycle Girl creature from AMC’s The Walking Dead, will be on-hand creating evil twisted monsters that will delight and horrify convention goers.

To have him with us, interacting with guests to the event and demonstrating his talents is something I am really looking forward to.”

carnage-park-poster“I am very excited to be a part of Midsummer Scream.” Said Aiello, “I am also psyched to be partnering up with a site as impressive as HorrorBuzz.com in the dealers room.” Aiello, who acted as Executive Producer on the film Carnage Park, will be displaying actual props and costumes from the film. Carnage Park, written and directed by Mickey Keating, will arrive in theaters and VOD on July 1st from IFC Midnight. Aiello promises, “We already have some cool makeup effects demonstrations planned that will be insane.” Along with props and make up demonstrations, Aiello will also be creating original zombie masks for sale. “I’m doing a selection of zombie busts, magnets ,and “do it yourself” zombie painting kits.” Aiello said, “ I hope to see you all there! This is going to be a lot of fun.”

Bringing an incredible array of haunt and horror icons to Southern California for two fear-filled days of chills and thrills, Midsummer Scream Halloween Festival is set for its terror-soaked debut July 30 and 31 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
