Oh, my devil! Get ready for the amazingness! Wondercon got heated with the presence of Lucifer at Anaheim and it was amazing!  Stars Rachel Harris, Kevin Alejandro, Lesley-Ann Brandt, and executive producers Joe Henderson and Iidy Modrovich shared their thoughts about the upcoming Season 2 stand alone episodes and their relocation to Los Angeles. WonderCon also got an exclusive five-minute look of the season premiere of Lucifer, and it was everything we hoped for. So many feels.

For those of you new to the show, Lucifer (Tom Ellis) leaves boring hell to explore and have fun in Sunny Los Angeles where he owns a nightclub. But when he’s not running the bar he’s solving crime alongside LAPD’s Detective Chloe Decker, who is immune to his powers. Lucifer is just a fallen angel trying to have some fun. Although the handsome Tom Ellis and the beautiful Lauren German could not make it to Anaheim they sent a video thanking Wondercon fans, which almost turned into a steamy presentation of Ellis’ manhood.

Joe Henderson and Iidy Modrovich explained that the series would push the last four episodes to the third season which caused the producers to make four standalone episodes that the characters development. We may get to see teamwork in these episodes. Maybe Lucifer and Trixie team up. It’s safe to say that although the episodes will be standalone, they will progress the story of Lucifer into Season 3. The episodes will have variation in genre’s which gave the producer’s liberty to go crazy, in a fun way.

The move to LA was a big change that was discussed at the panel. Henderson thanked the Vancouver crew for recreating the Los Angeles city for past two seasons. “We’re incredibly excited to be back in LA. We’ll just be able to shoot every corner of Los Angeles,” Henderson said. It is great to have them back in LA because that means actual opportunities to bump into the cast while they film! There was also joking about having a musical episode, which Iidy Modrovich excitedly volunteered to write. We might just see Lucifer break out in song and dance! Lucifer will be back May 1st, so set those DVRs.
