The other day we got an email from an indie filmmaker who was very interested to share his latest project with us. Made for just 25k, his new project Silhouette was enjoying a successful reception of its trailer and was in post, soon to be out. We decided to take a look. You need to see this.

Synopsis: Silhouette is the story of Jack and Amanda Harms who, after the death of their young daughter, set out into seclusion to begin their lives anew. Quickly upon their arrival, things begin to go awry as the sins of their past come back to haunt them.

I have a hard time believing that this film was only shot for as little as $25,ooo.00. It looks beautifully produced. Rich overhead tracking shots, concise color correction, and crisp editing in the trailer all give this the look of a low-budget Blumhouse pic. Then there are the performances that are entirely believable. I have to say we are super impressed.
