This Saturday (May the 4th), the Starship Frida will take to deep space for it’s second mission to the stars. Passengers  can book there passage to parts unknown. The 12 hour voyage launches at 8pm and lasts all through the night.

As usual, the space ports are known only to the captain. Last year’s journey took travelers to the Planet of the Apes and Planet Spaceball , as well as, right into the middle of the epic space battles of Starship TroopersThe Last Starfighter, and an original cut Star Wars. This year’s destinations will be a surprise but passengers will have a say as they’ll get to choose between two options for most screenings.

Dress comfortably because it’s going to be a long night and even though the snack bar will be open all night, feel free to bring your own food with you as well. Also, feel free to bring along pillows and blankets to make adventure more comfortable.

Passage on board the Starship Frida is $20 per person* and gets you access to the films, shipboard activities, and the opportunity to earn an assortment of Starship Frida goodies!

I’ll be there in my HorrorBuzz shirt so if you see me, make sure to say “Hi.” Get your tickets here before they run out.

The Frida Cinema is located at 305 E. 4th St. #100 in downtown Santa Ana, CA

*Comp Passes and Member Discounts will not be accepted for this 12-hour, multi-feature special event!
