One of the better horror films from Sundance 2020, HIS HOUSE is coming to Netflix October 30, 2020. The film. written and directed by Remi Weekes with a story by Felicity Evans and Toby Venables tells the story of a young refugee couple making their way to England after a harrowing escape from war-torn South Sudan who struggles to adjust to their new life in a small English town that has an unspeakable evil lurking beneath the surface.
What I think about this trailer is that I am happy it barely scratches the surface. This poetic horror film of an outsider’s perspective seethes with emotion and regret tinging the horror tones all the more.
