Mark your calendars! Blumhouse Productions has teamed up with AMC Theatres to launch the inaugural Halfway to Halloween Film Festival. This event will light up the silver screen in over 40 cities and 100 AMC theaters nationwide from Friday, March 29, through Tuesday, April 2.

As we eagerly count down the days to Halloween, this festival offers the perfect excuse to dive into the eerie, suspense-filled world of Blumhouse classics. The festival is set to feature five iconic films from the studio’s repertoire, with the celebration anchored by the 13th anniversary of Insidious on April 1, marking a significant milestone in the horror genre and the fruitful collaboration between Blumhouse and Atomic Monster.

The lineup for this spine-shivering festival includes Sinister to kick things off, followed by The Purge, Ouija: Origin of Evil, the anniversary screening of Insidious, and wrapping up with The Invisible Man. Horror aficionados can indulge in these cinematic masterpieces for a mere $8 per film.

But the thrills don’t stop at the screen. Festival-goers will have the chance to participate in giveaways, enjoy sneak peeks of upcoming projects, and view exclusive messages recorded by the masterminds behind these horror hits. Tickets for this must-attend event are available starting Friday, March 15, via AMCTheatres.com and the AMC Mobile App.

Jason Blum, the visionary founder and CEO of Blumhouse, expressed his excitement about uniting horror communities across the country for an unforgettable movie-going experience. “We wanted to celebrate local communities of horror fans throughout the country with a fun, affordable, and slightly evil night at the movies,” said Blum.

Echoing this sentiment, Elizabeth Frank, EVP of Worldwide Programming and Chief Content Officer at AMC Theatres, highlighted the impact of Blumhouse films on the horror genre. “Blumhouse films terrify and delight horror fans. We are excited to bring these favorites back to the big screen,” Frank stated.
