Breaking Glass Pictures is set to release the horror-comedy Hayride to Hell on Digital and On-Demand on September 24. Starring genre legends Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder, the film follows a small-town farmer who takes bloody revenge against locals attempting to steal his family’s land.

Moseley, known for his roles in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and House of 1000 Corpses, plays Farmer Sam, whose family has owned the land for 200 years. When the corrupt Sheriff Jubel, portrayed by Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th), tries to seize the property, Sam retaliates in brutal fashion. The film’s rural setting and revenge-driven plot deliver a blend of horror and dark comedy.

Directed by Dan Lantz and written by Kristina Chadwick and Robert Lange, Hayride to Hell was filmed on Lange’s family-owned farm in Pennsylvania. The film had its premiere at the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville in 2022.

According to Breaking Glass Pictures CEO Rich Wolff, “We are thrilled to add Hayride to Hell to our roster. With its talented cast and visceral storytelling, it’s a welcome addition to our catalogue of horror films.”
