Director David Cholewa has officially completed post-production on his latest short film, Stalker. Known for his cult sci-fi/horror debut Dead Shadows, which garnered international attention through Shout! Factory and releases in 25 territories, Cholewa’s return marks a fresh exploration of the horror genre.

Stalker, shot on location in Paris, France, brings a unique perspective to the stalker sub-genre. Co-written by Cholewa and Rémy Gente, the film delves into contemporary themes of urban violence and the challenges women face in navigating personal safety.

The story follows a young woman who, after surviving a harrowing assault at a party, walks home through the unsettling streets of Paris. Her journey takes a terrifying turn as she senses a threatening presence growing more aggressive as she nears her residence. To survive, she must confront her deepest fears.
