Remember a few years ago (OK, maybe it was more like many years ago), when movies like The Truman Show and EdTV terrified us with the idea that we would watch the lives of people as boring as the characters they portrayed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no filter?
Well, welcome to the bright and glorious future, where chances are someone, potentially everyone you know, has a channel of their own and is flooding the internet with endless streams of cute cat videos. HorrorBuzz has discovered that cats are somehow adverse to chainsaws and shaker-cans (they run really fast and are somehow less cute when scared), so we are forced to stick to what we know…Haunts, Horror, and Video Mayhem (oh my!).
The editor begs to differ and presents this video for your amusement…
Our grand experiment really began two weeks ago, with our video coverage of ScareLA 2015. We have some amazing videos of the panels, the convention floor, and even some special behind the scenes content. We went immersive, offering both 3D and 2D videos, and uploaded the content as fast as our meager Internet connection would allow, to get you as close to the experience as quickly as we could.
The feedback has been amazing. Some of you are joining the VR revolution with us. Many of you have loved the full panel coverage. Best of all, it’s just the beginning…
In the next few weeks, you can expect additional coverage of haunt season announcements, the unveiling of our first weekly horror news show, and as much video as we can cram into the already bursting-at-the-seams YouTube servers as soon as the haunt gates open for victims this year.
Our numbers are growing, our likes are rising, and you might be asking…how can I help?
I’m so glad you asked!
If you enjoy one of our videos, even any of them, give them a share! There is no better way to spread the haunt love than by sharing it with your friends! Think of it as the VHS from The Ring, but significantly less deadly… seven days…
The cool part is we have plans for amazing content we can’t even reveal yet! But, trust me, it is all good. Yeah…that good!
Thanks for joining us in this terror on this adventure. Send your comments and complaints. Invite your friends (and your enemies, for that matter.) Most of all, if you haven’t already, checkout our ScareLA 2015 footage and look for new stuff posting very soon.
