Chilling. Terrifying. Eerie. Words synonymous with the horror genre and the realm of the strange and unusual. They are also words used to describe the retro-esque horror anthology film Weird Fiction. A love letter to the genre films of the 70s and 80s aka the golden era of horror, Weird Fiction has a Creepshow a la George Romero or an adult Goosebumps vibe, taking several stories and giving them a sinister twist. Any retro horror fan may need to add this film to their list. A good balance of fear and satire, the horror anthology is alive and well in the form of Weird Fiction.
Weird Fiction comes to VOD and DVD on May 12, 2020.
Synopsis: A group of teens go searching for a missing body, a babysitter is stalked by something malevolent, a porn star finds a mysterious bite on the back of his neck, and two girls uncover something that may very well lead to the end of the world.
