The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) will host the 27th Annual Sundance ASCAP Music Café on January 26 and January 27, from 2:00–6:00 PM and 12:00–4:15 PM respectively, at Acura’s House of Energy (550 Swede Alley) in Park City, UT. Sponsored by Acura, the event highlights the creative connection between music and film through live performances and composer conversations.

This year’s lineup includes performances by Eric Bazilian of The Hooters with James Bourne of Busted, Grammy-winning songwriter Toby Gad alongside Antonique Smith and Mae Mae, southern rock band The Wild Feathers, Nashville’s HAFFWAY, and Mexican-Dominican singer-songwriter Ambar Lucid. In addition, ASCAP Screen Time will feature discussions with composers Jeff Morrow (SALLY), Katya Mihailova (How to Build a Library), Jay Wadley (The Wedding Banquet), and Josh Dibb (OBEX). Complete details on the schedule and participant bios are available at ascap.com/sundance2025.

According to ASCAP AVP of Membership Loretta Muñoz, the Music Café aims to bring together creators, industry professionals, and festivalgoers in a setting that underscores the essential role of music in storytelling.
