In a supernatural twist, Musashi acquires the Oni Gauntlet, granting him the power to battle the dreaded Genma that have plunged Kyoto into chaos. If the Genma hordes werenât imposing enough, the trailer teased the behemoth Byakue, an axe-wielding menace whose blood-soaked weapon only grows stronger in the heat of battle.

Samurai devotees wonât have to wait until 2026 to get their Onimusha fix. Capcom confirmed that a remastered editionof Onimusha 2: Samuraiâs Destiny arrives on May 23, 2025, bringing the fan-favorite sequel to PlayStationÂŽ4, Nintendo Switchâ˘, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
