Freestyle Digital Media, part of Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group, has acquired the VOD rights for Don’t Get Eaten, a family-oriented horror-comedy. Launching on March 4, 2025, the film will be available for rent or purchase on North American digital HD platforms (internet, cable, satellite) and on DVD.

Directed and written by George Simon and Joseph Simon, Don’t Get Eaten follows Noah Mickelberg, a stay-at-home father who produces zombie survival videos—until an authentic zombie outbreak changes his focus. With the help of his family, Noah navigates comedic challenges to keep his online channel alive while dealing with genuine undead threats. Justin Kilduff stars as Noah alongside Melinda Rose, Dale Dobson, and Reese Ravencraft.

The film’s creators emphasize that Don’t Get Eaten aims to be a zombie movie suitable for various age groups, balancing humorous and frightening elements. Produced by Melinda Simon, the film was secured by Freestyle Digital Media through an arrangement with the filmmakers and Glen Reynolds of Circus Road Films.
