The world has never been the same since the fungal disease claimed human lives. The disease took away the free will of the people it claimed and made them crave human flesh. The few survivors of the disease sought a way to rid the world of the disease. In a rural army base in England, children immune to the disease are being subjected to cruel experiments, but when the base falls one little girl must discover what she is, fundamentally deciding her own fate and that of the world.
