Horror fans, get ready for the ultimate fright as Halloween Horror Nights returns to Universal Studios Hollywood on Thursday, September 5, 2024. This year promises to be pretty amazing and will be running on select nights through November 3 with eight all-new haunted houses, a revamped Terror Tram, and multiple scare zones.

Among the new attractions, guests can look forward to The Weeknd: Nightmare Trilogy, an immersive experience curated by the multi-award-winning artist himself. Fans of A Quiet Place will experience the terror of silence in a haunted house incorporating American Sign Language (ASL) for the first time. Meanwhile, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire and Insidious: The Further will bring beloved horror franchises to life with heart-pounding intensity.

This year’s event also features Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines, a haunted house showcasing an all-female cast of classic monsters with music by Slash, and a terrifying tribute to a horror icon with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Legacy of Leatherface. Plus, the sequel to last year’s hit, Monstruos 2: The Nightmares of Latin America, and the original concept house Dead Exposure: Death Valley promise to deliver relentless scares.

For those looking for even more thrills, the reimagined Terror Tram will take you on a horrifying journey through Blumhouse Productions’ most chilling franchises, including M3GAN, The Black Phone, and The Purge. The live stunt show The Purge: Dangerous Waters and the newly introduced scare zones, such as Luchadores Monstruosos, Murder of Crowz, and Skull Lordz, will keep the adrenaline pumping throughout the night.
