JFI Productions is celebrating its 10th anniversary season in 2025 with the return of The Willows, one of Los Angeles’ most acclaimed immersive theater productions. The show will reopen on September 25, 2025, in a new home—the historic Beckett Mansion—bringing with it an all-new reimagining of the interactive dinner party.

First launched in 2017, The Willows has sold out over 1,200 performances and captivated more than 6,000 guests. Known for its blend of theatrical storytelling, psychological suspense, and audience interactivity, the production offers a personalized two-hour experience for just 24 participants at a time. Seven distinct narrative tracks unfold simultaneously, ensuring each guest’s path through the story is unique.

The event is the creation of JFI Productions, led by Justin Fix, Daniel Montgomery, Stephanie Turek, and JT Swierczek. The company is recognized for producing immersive experiences such as Creep LA and continues to expand the boundaries of live, interactive performance. According to Fix and Swierczek, the 2025 revival of The Willows is designed to commemorate JFI’s milestone season while paving the way for a permanent venue later this year.

Past iterations of The Willows have drawn attention from audiences and high-profile names including Trent Reznor, Brie Larson, Jason Sudeikis, Anna Kendrick, and Olivia Wilde. With its reputation for intimate storytelling and intricately designed environments, the production remains at the forefront of immersive entertainment in Los Angeles.
