Happy June, dear horror fans! This week has some special occurrences, and some, not so special through the years! Yin and Yang, I guess, right? So pour yourself a stiff cocktail, kick up your feet, and let’s dive into it! If anyone asks, you’re studying.
LET’S DO THIS.

The man, the myth (?), the legend! This rare bear was born to play Freddy Krueger. If you don’t believe that, try stomaching the remake. It’s cringe worthy, watching someone else try to channel what Mr. Englund brought to life in that character. Happy birthday, Robert Englund!

Like the Purge, this glorious horror franchise was a great addition to our favorite genre! This sequel didn’t pull any punches either. If you have any plans to travel overseas, you may want to watch this.

Gotta love the Omen series! Back in 1978, this sequel was released. Now, Damien is becoming a teenager. You know what that means! No, I am not referring to nightly “emissions”. I’m talking about the antichrist learning more about his destiny, and the the chaos that surrounds him. If you haven’t seen the new TV series based on the Omen story, you should!

Released in 1988, this 3rd installment of the Poltergeist franchise saw little Carol Anne stay with her aunt in a highrise building in the city. The supernatural forces that haunted her previously, followed her there like a bad Uber review. I honestly can’t stand these sequels, but hey, they might be your thing!

Hopelessly shipwrecked teens on a secluded Island? CHECK. The monstrous offspring of a violent crime left to live on said Island? CHECK. If you’re a lover of B movies, then you will have a ball with this one!

Responsible for one of the most recognizable, and creepiest theme songs ever to exist. This flick tells the tale of a young wife who dreams of being raped, and then mysteriously becomes pregnant. She fears her baby is not of this world, and all her creepy neighbors are solidifying her fears! This is a classic, and should be watched by all fans of horror!
