Horror icon Ken Foree, celebrated for his roles in Dawn of the Dead and The Devil’s Rejects, is breaking into the world of graphic novels with his latest project, Descendants of the Undead. This 30-page comic, now available for preorder on Kickstarter, introduces readers to a post-apocalyptic world where advanced zombies roam a secluded island, and a group of teenage survivors must navigate the horrors under the leadership of a seasoned zombie fighter known as “Dad.”
The series, written by Foree, promises gripping storytelling with a visually captivating art style crafted by a talented creative team. Contributors include art director Amone Linsamouth, concept artist Vincentius Matthew, penciler JamTronArt, cover artist Kai Lun Qu, and editor Amy Linsamouth, each bringing unique skills to the table.
Backers of the Kickstarter campaign will have access to exclusive rewards, such as limited-edition prints, behind-the-scenes content, and original artwork. Early supporters may even see their names included in the comic if stretch goals are met.
