Blue Fox Entertainment has announced the nationwide theatrical release of Wake Up, a festival-acclaimed horror thriller, set to debut in the U.S. and Canada on April 4, 2025. Directed by Anouk Whissell and Yoann-Karl Whissell, part of the RKSS filmmaking team (Turbo Kid, Summer of 84), the film has already drawn attention following its world premiere at Fantastic Fest.

Wake Up features a cast that includes Turlough Convery (Black Mirror), Benny O. Arthur (Django), Alessia Yoko Fontana (Iris), Jacqueline Moré (The Anarchist’s Dream), Kyle Scudder (In Love All Over Again), Thomas Gould, Charlotte Stoiber (Downfall), and Aidan O’Hare (My Sailor My Love).

The story follows a group of young activists who break into a home superstore to stage an environmental protest. Their mission takes a deadly turn when they become trapped inside with a violent security guard, turning their statement into a fight for survival.

The film was produced by Laurent Baudens (We Are Zombies) and Gaël Nouaille (Spoiled Brats) for Borsalino Productions, with a screenplay by Alberto Marini (Retribution).
