The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival is back, and this year, it is bigger and better than ever before. The annual event, which takes place at Knott’s Berry Farm, celebrates the little berry that started it all, the boysenberry. From March 10 to April 16, guests can indulge in a range of delicious food and drinks, all with a boysenberry twist, as well as enjoy live music and a brand-new musical stage show.

The festival features over three dozen food and drink items, including new savory dishes like cauliflower bites with a boysenberry curry drizzle and a sushi burrito with a boysenberry sweet chili dipping sauce. Those with a sweet tooth can satisfy their cravings with tasty dessert items like sweet corn nuggets with boysenberry honey, boysenberry bread pudding, and a boysenberry waffle topped with whipped cream and boysenberry maple syrup. A tasting card priced at $55 offers six tastings from a selection of boysenberry-inspired dishes and drinks. Signature boysenberry items are also available for purchase a la carte.

But the festival is not just about the food. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of local crafters, live music, and a brand-new musical stage show called Knott’s Preserved. The show takes the audience on a musical journey from the little ghost town of Calico to the Seaside Boardwalk of the Roaring ’20s to commemorate the heritage of the park. There are also fun interactive games, including the Boysenberry Pie Eating Contest, and cozying up to the cutest critters on the farm at Old MacDonald’s Barn.

For those looking for souvenirs, there are over 75 unique boysenberry-inspired creations with limited-edition merchandise found throughout the park. The Berry Market features signature boysenberry items like the refreshing boysenberry sarsaparilla and classic jams and preserves. Unique boysenberry-inspired artisan products are also available at the Boysenberry Festival Craft Fair, with over 30 local craft vendors.

The festival is included with admission to Knott’s Berry Farm, and guests can book a stay at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel for overnight accommodations just steps from the park. Additional costs apply for food-tasting experiences within the event. Knott’s will have extended hours on select days, allowing guests extra time to take advantage of the limited-time offerings.
