Kyle Mooney’s latest film, Y2K, just dropped its trailer ahead of the December 6 theatrical release. Featuring Jaeden Martell, Rachel Zegler, Julian Dennison, The Kid Laroi, and Fred Durst, this movie transports audiences back to the final hours of 1999.

In Y2K, two high school juniors stumble into a New Year’s Eve party, expecting a night of fun. However, the night takes a dangerous turn as the characters find themselves in a high-stakes fight for survival, navigating the chaotic uncertainties of Y2K. Directed by Kyle Mooney, known for his unique comedic style, the film blends humor with the tension of an era marked by technological paranoia and end-of-the-world fears.

With a cast that also includes Alicia Silverstone and Tim Heidecker, Y2K is a nostalgic trip that becomes more disastrous than a new millennium has a right to be.
