Halloween is not canceled! This has been the battle cry for the spooky season faithful, and they’re right! Even though the landscape of Halloween events look different in 2020, creepy creatives all over the world have been coming up with events to fright and delight. Treadway Events is proud to announce Portland Oregon as their home base for The Cinema of Horrors: Drive-In Experience!

Cinema of Horrors: Drive-In Experience - Portland, OR
The Cinema of Horrors: Drive-In Experience is a brand-new, contactless Halloween experience creeping onto the Clark County Fairgrounds & Event Center, which is about 25 minutes outside downtown Portland. This month-long event features over fifteen of the best horror blockbusters and combines scares from the silver screen with real live scare actors and special effects…talk about a silver SCREAM!

This new event is a great way to celebrate the season while maintaining social distancing guidelines. With several indoor haunts closed and parties canceled, The Cinema of Horrors: Drive-In Experience has found a way to take the best elements of both and throw in the best cinema around for one showstopping event!

“Our team has been working on a variety of ways to pivot from our normal indoor haunted house events since COVID-19 gathering bans went into effect. We’re excited to be able to bring Halloween and horror fans together to enjoy our favorite horror films and safely celebrate Halloween with scares along the way,” said Brandon Treadway, President & Creative Director at Treadway Events.

The Cinema of Horrors Drive-In will run each weekend in October for a total of fifteen nights. Tickets are now available and range from $49 to $59 per car. There are no age limits, but parents are encouraged to use discretion based on the film rating each night. For event information and tickets, visit the Cinema of Horrors’ website.
