Universal Orlando Resort has announced the return of its popular Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval event at Universal Studios Florida, running from February 1 through March 30, 2025. This family-friendly celebration features nightly parades, live music performances on select nights, and a variety of global cuisine inspired by New Orleans and international flavors.
Highlights of the event include:
- Nightly Parades: Guests can enjoy colorful floats, street performers, and the chance to catch iconic Mardi Gras beads.
- Cuisine: A wide selection of food inspired by classic New Orleans dishes and international tastes.
- Live Concerts: On select nights, top music artists will take the stage (lineup to be announced).
Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience
For an enhanced experience, visitors can participate in the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience. This package includes:
- A reserved spot aboard a parade float to toss beads to the crowd.
- A three-course meal at one of eight participating restaurants, including new additions like Confisco Grille and Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food.
