Universal Studios Hollywood continues to tinker with tiered ticket prices on the heels of its billion dollar-epic transformation, with its all-new California Neighbor Pass, inviting Californians from across the Golden State to visit The Entertainment Capital of L.A. and experience a completely reimagined theme park.
There is certainly plenty to take in here as MEGATRON and OPTIMUS PRIME Transformers. Bart, Homer, Marge and Maggie Simpson. Tyrannosaurus Rex and Velociraptor dinosaurs. Gru and the Minions. Walkers. Wizards and wands…just a few of the most fun neighbors around sharing one awesome residence: Universal Studios Hollywood.
The new pass enables guests to choose any day for their first visit and return to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood for more than 200 select days and weekends for only $119. Discounts on general admission tickets for friends and family to the theme park and popular “Halloween Horror Nights” and at participating CityWalk locations as well as special events and sweepstakes opportunities are also included in the California Neighbor Pass program.
- Save $10 vs Front Gate
- Come ANY day on the first visit!
- 219 days available for return visits including 54 weekend days!
- Pass valid for 9 months from your selected first visit date
- Black-out dates apply on return visits only (view calendar)
- Exclusive events, discounts and benefits (compare benefits)
A 9 month pass seems to be a first in the ticketing game, bringing a “seasonal” amount of months to a year-round operation. Right now is actually the best time to purchase as the current blackout calendar for the new pass shows the month of July completely blacked out.
Will this new, economical pass help bolster attendance to the newly reimagined studio theme park? Time will tell.
