Horror Dadz Productions has announced their upcoming Found Footage Double Feature, ominously titled SPLIT SCREEN. Directed by the talented duo of Joshua Brucker, known for his work on “The Woodmen,” and Dillon Brown, the mastermind behind “Tahoe Joe,” this double-feature promises to be a heart-pounding experience like no other.
SPLIT SCREEN is a thrilling callback to the glory days of event films, complete with a mysterious Host who will guide you through two spine-tingling tales. Both of these films were created by Brucker and Brown in the midst of their work on other projects, making them a testament to their dedication to the horror genre.
First on the lineup is Joshua Brucker’s bone-chilling offering, “THE ILLINOIS VALLEY MURDER TAPES.” Drawing inspiration from real-life serial killers like “BTK” and “The Zodiac Killer,” this disturbing slasher takes us on a journey where a pair of internet sleuths stumble upon self-made murder tapes, plunging them into the horrifying world of a serial murderer. Brace yourself for a rollercoaster of suspense and dread.
Following in the wake of this nerve-wracking experience is Dillon Brown’s “GREYS: The Nevada Alien Incident.” Fresh off the success of “GHOST” and gearing up for the sequel to his Bigfoot film “TAHOE JOE,” Brown brings us a tale ripped straight from the headlines. A paranoid man, reeling from a close encounter with extraterrestrial beings, goes into hiding. However, lurking in the shadows are seedy government agents, leaving us to wonder who the real threat is. Prepare to question the very fabric of reality as this alien-themed thriller unfolds.
SPLIT SCREEN is scheduled to be released on VOD this Winter. Horror fans, mark your calendars and prepare for a bone-chilling cinematic experience that will haunt your dreams.
