In Big Baby, horror screenwriter Adam Lewis finds his latest script drawing from a recurring nightmare — a maniacal killer in a baby mask. But as nightmares, visions, and real-life terror escalate, Adam can no longer tell where his fiction ends and the danger begins. Someone — or something — is making the nightmare real.
Spider One directs from his own screenplay. The film stars Brandon Scott (Dead to Me) and Krsy Fox (Little Bites, Terrifier 3), alongside Chaz Bono (American Horror Story), Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier), Jordan Elsass (Little Fires Everywhere, Superman & Lois), Sierra McCormick (The Vast of Night), Cameron Cowperthwaite (Dahmer, Fallout), Adam Marcinowski (Allegoria), Kirby Bliss Blanton (The Green Inferno), and Nelson Leis (The Last of Us). Cher, Chaz Bono, Tyler Connolly, Wendy Berry, and Terry Poor executive produce.
Big Baby world premiered at Screamfest LA in October 2025. Before its VOD debut, the film is embarking on an immersive tour featuring screenings, photo ops, and Q&As — including a July 12 event at Smodcastle hosted by Kevin Smith, and a July 23 screening at the Culver Theater hosted by Dead Meat’s James A. Janisse.
