FOUND TV, the dedicated streaming home for found footage horror, has announced the worldwide premiere of BUM, the latest horror-comedy from Canadian filmmaker Anthony Leroy. The film debuts globally on June 16, 2026, available in over 120 countries through the platform’s free-with-ads tier and FOUND TV+ membership.
BUM centers on a freelance news crew and a hotshot reporter who set out to track down a violent vagrant — and get considerably more than they bargained for. Running 39 minutes, the film stars Leroy as Girth Brooks, the reckless head of the news crew. True to his signature style, Leroy blends SOV (shot-on-video) techniques with found footage aesthetics to deliver the kind of chaotic genre filmmaking that’s made him a cult favorite in independent horror circles.
Leroy writes, directs, edits, and acts in his own films through Elytra Collective, the independent production company he co-founded. BUM follows his 2024 feature Worm Burner and further establishes his voice in the lo-fi horror space. The film joins FOUND TV’s curated library of over 300 titles, with the platform emphasizing discovery and accessibility for independent creators whose work falls outside traditional distribution channels.
“Anthony’s work reflects a strong independent filmmaking perspective, and we are proud to bring BUM to audiences on FOUND TV,” said Louie La Vella.
BUM streams free with ads through FOUND TV and is also available via FOUND TV+ membership across Apple TV, Roku, Fire Stick, smart TVs, web browsers, and mobile platforms beginning June 16, 2026. Visit foundtv.com to watch.
