YOU are the new night guard at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, a Chuck E. Cheese type children’s restaurant. Everything seems ok and you get a phone call warning you that the animatronics MAY be known to move at night and are known to have VIOLENT tendencies (ex. the bite of ’87). These animatronics… well, if they find you they will stuff you into another animatronic resulting in your DEATH. You are stuck in your office with limited power, a tablet to watch the security cameras, and two doors. But here’s the thing, You have to survive until 6 A.M. without the power running out or the animatronics killing you. The Five Nights at Freddy’s games play on your fears of paranoia and an array of horrifying jump scares. Personally, growing up with Chuck E. Cheese this game played on my childhood fear of the animatronics coming to life and murdering kids. Do you wish to continue on your journey through Five Nights at Freddy’s?

In the first game the foes you have to keep your eyes on are Freddy Fazbear, Chica, Bonnie and Foxy the Pirate. Night one is easy but as the nights progress and the hours grow later the more active the animatronics become. They creep from room to room closing in on YOUR office. Looking at the cameras to keep your eye on them takes power, closing the doors to prevent them from coming in your office takes power, and turning on the lights outside the doors to see if they are there takes power. If you run out of power… all the lights go out and Freddy Fazbear kills you.

Are you scared yet? These games created by Scott Cawthorn has sparked interest and popularity amongst gamers the past couple of years. Many popular YouTube gamers have recorded themselves playing and screaming at the horrors of  the Five Nights at Freddy’s series. Hardcore fans have even found the hidden easter eggs and created theories about the storyline about the games. The more you play the games the more you learn about the animatronics and their tragic stories. So you survived Five Night at Freddy’s… facing off four animatronics and hallucinations. How quaint.. welcome to Five Nights at Freddy’s 2!

NOW you have to worry about 11 foes that are out to kill you, NO doors, a flashlight that can run out of power, you have to wind the music box and on you a empty Freddy Fazbear suit to protect you from the homicidal animatronics. The pressure is ON! Can You Survive ’til 6 A.M.?

Not only do you have Freddy, Foxy, Chica and Bonnie coming after you but you also have Toy Freddy, Toy Chica, Toy Bonnie, The Mangle, Balloon Boy, Golden Freddy and The Marionette. You learn in this game that the events that are unfolding in front of you are happening before everything in the 1st game. Yes ladies and gentlemen, this is a Prequel! But with these games you learn more about the story with every level. With this game when you lose during a night you have to play a “death game” which reveals the dark past and secrets of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. A past that is paved with the blood of children. We all learn that in the past there has been a predator lurking around the pizzeria killing children. It dawns on us that every child that dies at the pizzeria, their souls are trapped in the animatronics.

30 years after the events of Five Nights at Freddy’s 1; Fazbear Entertainment opens a brand new Horror Attraction called Fazbear’s Fright! We are now at the latest game, Five Nights at Freddy’s 3.

You are now only facing 1 animatronic and his name is SpringTrap. Despite the challenge sounding a lot easier than facing 11 foes, you have a lot MORE to worry about. Not only do you have to keep SpringTrap away from you but you have to keep track of all the vents in the attraction and keep ventilation circulating. If you fail to do so, dangerous hallucinations of the old animatronics are out to get you. ADDITIONAL to all of this you also have a side mission, to free the souls of the murdered children from the animatronics. If you complete the game, successfully surviving all 5 nights and unleashing the souls of the children, then you should get “The End” along with Fazbear’s Fright burning to the ground.

Many people thought Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 was “The End” of the game series. It was a great bookend to the terrifying games by freeing the souls of the murdered children. But… THIS IS NOT THE END! Scott Cawthorn has CONFIRMED on his website a fourth installment of the game series to be UNLEASHED this Halloween. Only teasers have been released, but when the trailer is posted … Horror Buzz will be here to let you fiends know about it!
