North.Five.Six has announced that Allison Williams (M3GAN, Get Out, HBO’s “Girls”) and Michelle Randolph (Scream 7, Paramount+’s “Landman”, Paramount+’s “1923”) are set to star in the sci-fi survival thriller Homewrecker, directed by genre filmmaker Xavier Gens (Under Paris, Hitman, Netflix’s “Lupin”, Farang/Mayhem!). The film begins production in mid-July 2026 in France, with North.Five.Six launching worldwide sales at the upcoming Cannes Marché du Film.

The story unfolds around three star-crossed Americans who are forced to work together after a heart-breaking domestic crisis collides with a terrifying, unexplained global event that threatens life as they know it. Think A Quiet Place meets 10 Cloverfield Lane — stripped-down survival tension with outsized stakes.
The screenplay is by Elisa Bell (Vegas Station, Little Black Book) and Travis Gordon, marking their third collaboration. The film is produced by Denise Di Novi (Batman Returns, Edward Scissorhands, Heathers, Nightmare Before Christmas) and Margaret French Isaac for Di Novi Pictures, alongside John Zois (The Night House, Greenland) and Warren Goz for Parallel 42 Entertainment. Michael Rothstein and Samuel Hall executive produce for North.Five.Six.
Williams is candid about what drew her in. “I found the script riveting, and it had a depth that continued shifting and revealing itself as I read. Then, knowing Xavier’s work, I was very eager to work with this talented filmmaker,” she says.
Randolph adds: “I was immediately drawn to how Homewrecker blends psychological tension with something deeply character-driven. It has a kind of intensity and unpredictability that makes it such a compelling project.”
Domestic distribution rights are co-repped by North.Five.Six., CAA Media Finance, and UTA Independent Film Group. No release date has been announced.
