Disney animator Rick Farmiloe and artist Christi Haydon name HorrorBuzz.com the exclusive haunted home for their weekly monster cartoon, debuting Friday, October the 13th.
Rick+Christi’s Full Moon Cartoons chronicles the weird, witty, and wonderful adventures of the real-‐life couple, who decide to scale down by moving from Los Angeles to a town inhabited by monsters.
Co-‐created, co-‐written, and co-‐designed by this monster-‐loving duo, Full Moon Cartoons is Rick and Christi’s love letter to the monster craze of the swinging ’60s and to each other, with the first Full Moon Friday and the release of Cartoon #1 happening on their 2nd Anniversary.
“To be working with the woman I love, who has great ideas, and to be drawing monsters? It’s a dream come true!” says Rick Farmiloe, who has been animating childhoods for over 30 years, and is best known for breathing hilarity into beloved sidekicks Scuttle, LeFou, and Abu in the Academy Award-‐winning films The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin.
Rick and Christi will celebrate these milestones with Horror Buzz and a group of fearless fans during an exclusive Friday the 13th Halloween Social at the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, California.
