Midsummer Scream has announced the full Hall of Shadows lineup for its 2026 convention, dubbing this year’s installation the most ambitious in the event’s history. The haunt showcase, themed “Descent Into Darkness,” will feature an assortment of haunted attractions across all three days of the convention, which returns to the Long Beach Convention Center August 7–9, 2026.

The Hall of Shadows is Midsummer Scream’s signature walk-through haunt experience — a massive, fog-filled section of the convention floor transformed into a scream park. Included with all passes, the attraction gives attendees a concentrated dose of the best in Southern California haunt design, with VIP and Gold Bat passholders getting priority queue access.
