Cranked Up has released the official trailer for COYOTE LAKE, a new thriller written and directed by Sara Seligman.
Synopsis: Ester and her overbearing mother run a small bed-and-breakfast near the US/Mexico border. One night, two unwanted guests arrive, threatening the safety of everyone. But the two women are hiding a secret, one that may prove the most dangerous of all.
Not only is it cool to see an all-Latino cast (and a female director!), but the fact that much of this film is shrouded in mystery is what makes it all the more intriguing. Camila Mendes starring will no doubt be a big draw for audiences, and what we do know of the story is original and socially relevant.
Coyote Lake will be available in theaters and on demand August 2nd, 2019.
