London’s FrightFest will open on 21 August 2025 with the world premiere of Night of Violence, the feature debut from director Illya Konstantin. Screening at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square, the workplace‑invasion thriller combines sharp satire with visceral suspense to examine the real‑world toll of corporate profit and the opioid crisis.

Konstantin, who shot the film on an accelerated schedule, calls the project “scrappy, angry, satirical, and violent,” adding, “Horror remains one of the last frontiers for fearless storytelling. If the film punches you in the gut and makes you laugh nervously while it does, we’ve done our job.”

Story overview: After winning a high‑profile lawsuit tied to their new drug Azlepta, a pharmaceutical corporation gathers for a celebration—only to face a coordinated attack by masked townspeople posing as caterers. Trapped inside their towering office, a handful of employees must fight back through a single harrowing night to survive.

Night of Violence is poised to cause a scene at FrightFest.
