Ever wanted to stay in a house of horrors? Now is your chance! Kenny Caperton, owner of The Myers House NC and creator of the On Set Cinema series, has created an opportunity unlike any other. On Set Cinema invites you to come to Kingsland, TX and visit the actual Texas Chainsaw Massacre house. Revel in Chainsaw fandom, play some games, enjoy some themed food, and pray no one decides to re-enact any of their favorite scenes on you.

On Set Cinema: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a one of a kind experience. The event will take place at The Texas Chainsaw Massacre house in Kingsland, TX. The house is home to some of the most terrifying scenes in one of the most memorable films in horror movie history. Starting Sunday March 29 and ending Monday March 30, 2020, a limited number of fans will be lucky enough to have the opportunity to watch the original 1974 film inside the house. If that wasn’t enough, fans with admission will also get to stay ALL NIGHT inside this unique and iconic location!

The film viewing will take place inside the room where the infamous dining room scene was filmed. Fans will get to select which Chainsaw Massacre films are viewed (and how many times). In addition to films running all night, fans will be able to sleep ANYWHERE they want in the house. Want to sleep in the hallway where Leatherface appears only to turn around and smash Kirk’s head with a hammer? Go right on ahead. Prefer to lay your head in the room that was filled with bones and chicken feathers that Pam found right before she gets a little ‘hung up’? It’s all yours. You can even catch some shut eye in the room where Sally discovers Grandpa in the rocking chair. The event will also be games (horror, video, and board) and a BBQ dinner a la the Grand Central Cafe (which is the restaurant that now runs in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre house).

Can’t make it to this event? Don’t lose your head (or do, that might be more fun). On Set Cinema is an on-going fan event series featuring locations from iconic horror and cult film classics. The series was created by Kenny Caperton, the ultimate horror fan, who lives in a life-size replica of Michael Meyers’s home. Previous films featured in the series include I Know What You Did Last Summer, Twilight, Blue Velvet, Beetlejuice, Halloween, Scream, The Conjuring, and The Shining. To stay up to date with the On Set Cinema series and to purchase tickets to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre event click here.

Gas up those chainsaw and get ready. Will you survive? We will find out in March…
