Halloween is getting a full lineup of horror movies, franchises and genre series on Paramount+ this fall. The streamer’s PEAK SCREAMING collection brings together slashers, supernatural stories, horror comedies, post-apocalyptic thrillers and fan-favorite titles, with new additions arriving throughout September and October 2026.
Leading the September lineup is Scary Movie (2026), which makes its streaming debut on Paramount+ September 3 alongside an Extended Cut. The latest installment brings the franchise’s parody approach to modern horror, taking aim at everything from reboots and remakes to requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs and other familiar genre conventions.
For fans looking to revisit entire franchises, Paramount+ will also feature complete collections of Scary Movie, Scream, A Quiet Place, Pet Sematary and Paranormal Activity. The lineup offers plenty of options for viewers who want to spend Halloween watching a franchise from its beginning through its latest entries.
The September 1 additions include Event Horizon, Jacob’s Ladder, King Kong (1976), The Monster Squad, The Relic, The Woman in Black, Silver Bullet, Thinner, The Crow and its sequels, along with several entries in The Prophecy and Dracula series.
The Halloween selection expands again October 1 with titles including Doctor Sleep, Drag Me to Hell, Firestarter (1984), It Follows, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Hotel Transylvania and Hotel Transylvania 2. A new CBS Original Series, Eternally Yours, is also scheduled to arrive October 8.
Beyond the movie lineup, Paramount+ is also spotlighting several horror and genre television collections. Viewers can currently find Dexter Seasons 1–8, Dexter: New Blood, Dexter: Original Sin and Season 1 of Dexter: Resurrection, as well as Yellowjackets Seasons 1–3, Evil, Goosebumps, Penny Dreadful and multiple Twilight Zone and Twin Peaks seasons.
Looking ahead, Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 is also on the way, while Yellowjackets is set to return for its final season on November 20. The Halloween programming continues October 29 with a two-episode Ghosts Season 6 Halloween special.
With horror movies, franchise collections and genre series arriving across September and October, Paramount+ is giving subscribers plenty of ways to build a Halloween watchlist. Whether the plan is a complete Scream marathon, a night of horror comedy with Scary Movie, or a return to familiar genre favorites, PEAK SCREAMING offers a broad selection for the season.
