The blood-soaked grindhouse universe of Shiver Me Timbers is set to continue as the filmmakers officially launch an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for Shiver Me Timbers 2. Picking up just weeks after the events of the first film, the sequel relocates the action to New York City, where a deranged Popeye descends on Little Italy and cuts a violent path through the mafia.

According to the creative team, Shiver Me Timbers 2 leans further into pulpy comic-book chaos, practical effects, and grindhouse-inspired mayhem. Despite the high-impact teaser, the production is committed to an all-practical approach, with no CGI planned.

The Indiegogo campaign offers a wide range of pledge rewards, from end-credit thank-yous to exclusive merchandise including t-shirts, DVDs, autographed scripts, and posters. Higher-tier perks include an Executive Producer credit, personal video messages from Popeye actor Tony Greer or Olive Oyl actor Amy Mackie, and collectible items such as screen-used gore or one of six original Popeye bone pipes used in the film.
