Lionsgate has set June 30, 2026 as the On Demand and digital release date for Amityville Shark House, the latest entry in the extended Amityville universe, directed by genre veterans Will Collazo Jr. and Shawn C. Phillips.
Deep within the infamous Amityville house, a man named Richard discovers an ominous shark idol hidden beneath the decaying floorboards — and with it, unleashes an ancient and savage force. As the supernatural entity begins to merge with him, a quiet coastal town spirals into chaos and bloodshed. With each victim claimed, the monstrous predator grows stronger, emboldening a cult that believes their dark god has finally been reborn. The race is on to stop the carnage before the evil consumes everything in its path.
Directors Collazo Jr. and Phillips also star alongside Julie Anne Prescott (Night of the Zomghouls, Shriekshow, The Amityville Harvest), Tasha Tacosa (Impact Event, The Macabre, Amber Road), and Maritza Brikisak (The Lurking Man, A Life Lived, Cloudy with a Chance of Sunshine). Shawn C. Phillips (Desert Fiends, Woods Witch, Staycation) co-leads the ensemble.
Amityville Shark House arrives on demand and digital platforms on June 30, 2026.
