Corpus, the feature debut from writer-director Corrin Evans, will world premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival on Sunday, July 26 at 9:35 p.m. at the JA DeSève Cinema in Montreal, with a second screening the following day on Monday, July 27 at 4:20 p.m. The film screens in the Cheval Noir Competition and is represented for international sales by Yellow Veil Pictures.

Set in the summer of 1998 New York City, Corpus follows Sayo (Jeff Wahlberg), a soulful nightlife photographer and small-time drug dealer who gets invited to a party upstate by his long-time friend and unrequited love, rising movie star Vince Marlowe (Brodie Townsend). Together with their rowdy friend Ross (Michael Vlamis), they drive to a remote, bucolic manor expecting debauchery — only to find three mysterious women whose disturbing agenda pulls the group into a dark web of seduction and terror.

Evans co-wrote the script with Lily Cowles (Antebellum), who also stars as the enigmatic Billie. The ensemble cast includes Jeff Wahlberg (Euphoria), Brodie Townsend (Heartbreak High), Michael Vlamis (Pools), Nuha Jes Izman (Yellowjackets), and Ching Valdes-Aran (The Equalizer). Producers are Evans, Cowles, Sara Mather, Alix Taylor, and Thomas Wallis.
