Night Creatures Productions has completed principal photography on Evil Inheritance and is now seeking finishing funds to carry the project through post-production.
The independent horror feature, shot across multiple phases under challenging conditions, explores generational trauma and the idea that past sins do not remain buried—they are inherited. With production now wrapped, the team is focusing on the final stages of editing, sound design, original music, color correction, visual effects, and festival deliverables.

According to the filmmakers, the campaign funds will directly support professional picture lock, audio mixing, score composition and licensing, color grading, visual polish, and preparation for distribution and physical media. The production emphasizes that all funds raised will be allocated strictly to post-production costs.
Created outside of the studio system, Evil Inheritance was developed with limited resources and a crew driven by a shared commitment to genre storytelling. Supporters of the finishing funds campaign can receive perks including Special Thanks credits, digital downloads, physical media, and behind-the-scenes updates.
While acknowledging the typical challenges of independent filmmaking—such as scheduling shifts and rising post-production expenses—the team states that a clear roadmap is in place to complete the film.
With principal photography behind them, Night Creatures Productions is now turning to the horror community to help bring Evil Inheritance across the finish line.
