The first look at Feral Female, an upcoming horror comedy from filmmaker Jared Masters, has been released, teasing a violent and offbeat creature feature set in Los Angeles’ Griffith Park.

The film stars Kate Lý Johnston (Felines, Borderline) as Ebba, a feral young woman raised by wolves and now venturing into the city with a primal hunger. As residents turn up mutilated and dismembered, speculation swirls over the nature of the killer: human, beast, or something in between.

Jared Masters, known for his cult horror projects Slink and Club Lingerie, not only directs and writes but also co-stars as Nigel B. Shearing, a flamboyant big-game hunter tasked with tracking the savage menace.

Rounding out the cast are Rio Sage, Sophia Gabrielle, Emelia Linnea, and Andy Dick, with production support from Maraschino Film Group and executive producer Stan Divranos. Music is composed by Seth Metoyer and Monster Party.

The film is described as a mix of horror and black comedy, featuring graphic gore effects and a satirical edge. With organs flying and chaos unfolding in broad daylight, Feral Female aims to leave a mark on the indie horror landscape.

A trailer is now available, with release details expected soon with an eye on a Summer release.
