Witches, demons, angels, shapeshifter, and are coming this summer with the new NBC supernatural thriller Midnight, Texas! It should be a dervish of a good summer! I can honestly say without a doubt that this series will be a hit. I was a fan of True Blood and I am a fan of Midnight, Texas. If you are a fan of True Blood then you will be thrilled with Midnight, Texas.

The series is about a group of misfit people with unique supernatural powers that forms an unlikely family. The series is a television adaptation of Charlaine Harris’ book series “Midnight Crossroad.” The series will continue in the footsteps of the book but as Monica Bree, Executive Writer, said, “Television is its own beast,” television is quite different than books hinting that there may be some liberties take with this adaptation. But not all liberties are bad.

Francois Arnaud (Manfred Bernardo), Dylan Bruce (Bobo Winthrop), Arielle Kebbel (Olivia), Jason Lewis (Joe Strong), Paris Fitz-Henley (Fiji Cavanaugh) and Sarah Ramos (Creek) confirmed they read all the books and know their characters very well at the WonderCon 2017, so fans can take a deep breathe and know they will take great care in the character’s development. The entire cast was thrilled to be at Wondercon. The cast answered important fan questions such as red or green chili? We all needed to know.

Midnight, Texas brings together all the mythical creatures you have read about in books to life. The most unlikely people with unlikely powers find acceptance in a town where being different is normal. This in itself is a great message for everyone that watches the series. There is action, mystery, romance, and drama! Everything that makes for an epic series. The first episode is set to premiere July 25th! I can hardly wait for you to experience the awesomeness that is Midnight, Texas!
