Jackrabbit Media has unveiled new clips from The Mannequin, the latest horror feature from writer-director John Berardo, arriving on Digital, VOD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 14, 2025.
Starring Isabella Gomez, Lindsay Lavanchy, and Shireen Lai, The Mannequin follows Liana Rojas, a stylist assistant struggling to reignite her creativity after the mysterious death of her fashion designer sister. When she begins working in the same historic downtown Los Angeles factory where the tragedy occurred, she discovers the building’s dark history. Decades earlier, a serial killer posing as a headshot photographer used the space to murder and dismember his victims.
As the supernatural presence of the killer resurfaces, Liana and her friends are forced to confront the curse and find a way to escape before becoming its next victims. From its stark black-and-white prologue to a climactic exorcism sequence, Berardo’s film combines a sense of noir-inspired atmosphere with contemporary horror storytelling.
