BayView Entertainment — the distributor behind the acclaimed micro-horror film Skinamarink — has announced a nationwide theatrical release for ONE EYE OPEN, a supernatural home invasion thriller arriving in theaters on October 16, 2026. Tickets go on sale September 18 ahead of the Halloween-season drop.

The film follows a recent college graduate who takes on a house-sitting job for her ailing grandfather, only to find herself caught in a deadly cat-and-mouse game with thieves — who soon discover that something supernatural inside the mysterious mansion is protecting her. The premise blends the claustrophobic tension of a home invasion thriller with overtly supernatural elements, and BayView is positioning it as a spooky-season theatrical event.

ONE EYE OPEN stars RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad), Maximiliano Hernandez (Avengers: Endgame), Chris Bylsma (Godless), and newcomer Kushi Beauchamp in her feature film debut.
