Paramount Pictures has announced the home media release of SCREAM 7, arriving on 4K UHD, a Limited Edition 4K UHD Steelbook, and DVD on June 16, 2026. Pre-orders are live now at major retailers.

Directed by franchise creator Kevin Williamson — who wrote the original Scream back in 1996 — SCREAM 7 is the most personal entry in the long-running series yet. Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has rebuilt her life far from the shadows of Woodsboro, raising a family and putting Ghostface in the rearview mirror. That peace is shattered when Sidney’s daughter (Isabel May) becomes the killer’s newest obsession, forcing a mother to return to the nightmare she thought was over for good.

The screenplay is by Williamson and Guy Busick, from a story by James Vanderbilt and Busick. The ensemble cast reunites franchise favorites Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Matthew Lillard alongside newcomers Isabel May, Anna Camp, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Mckenna Grace, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Mark Consuelos, Tim Simons, and Joel McHale. Roger L. Jackson returns as the iconic voice of Ghostface.

The home release includes several behind-the-scenes featurettes: “Scar Tissue: The Making of Scream 7,” in which Williamson leads the legacy cast through the production; “Building Tension: Production Design,” offering a look at the film’s death traps and the reconstruction of the Macher house; and “Dance of Death: Stunts,” going inside the choreography behind the film’s most intense sequences. Deleted scenes round out the extras, along with a music video from Ice Nine Kills — “Twisting The Knife” featuring Mckenna Grace.

SCREAM 7 arrives on 4K UHD, Limited Edition 4K UHD Steelbook, and DVD on June 16, 2026.
