Slashtag Cinema has announced the premiere of its short horror film Keep Coming Back, debuting on Crypt TV’s YouTube channel on Friday, February 13. Produced, written, and directed by Travis Bacon, Kyle Kouri, and Dylan Garrett Smith, the project blends slasher elements with a character-focused setting inside an alcohol recovery meeting.
Directed by Kyle Kouri, the film follows Paul, a reluctant attendee at a recovery session who is forced to confront the chaos of his past. What begins as a routine meeting takes a darker turn, impacting both Paul and those around him.
Kouri notes that the film was influenced by storytelling traditions that often explore violence and self-destruction, adding that the goal was to both acknowledge and examine those themes. The creative trio behind Slashtag Cinema combines experience across production, design, writing, and directing, bringing a collaborative approach to the project.
