Defunct since 1992, Lionsgate has announced they are honoring the legacy of this video pioneer with The Vestron Collection. Beginning with a series of 6 films: Chopping Mall, Blood Diner, Waxwork, Waxwork II: Lost in Time Double Feature (October 18), Return of the Living Dead 3Â and C.H.U.D. II: Bud the CHUD, they hope to reinvigorate the passion and appreciation for these cult classics with a full HD remaster.
Going beyond a simple visual upgrade, each limited-edition Blu-Ray is packed with special features including brand-new audio commentaries, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and interviews with cast & crew â including one with Chopping Mallâs robot!

WAXWORK OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
Inside the wax museum a group of teenagers are aghast at the hauntingly lifelike wax displays of Dracula, the Wolfman, the Mummy, and other character members of the Horror Hall of Fame. Each display is perfectly grotesque, yet each is missing one thing . . . a victim! Admission to the WAXWORK was free but now they may pay with their lives! One by one, the students are drawn into the settings as objects of the blood thirsty creatures. They are now part of the permanent collection.
