ZombieCON Vol. 1, Kyle Valle’s zombie horror-comedy built around cosplay culture and carnage, lands on UK digital platforms on April 27, 2026, courtesy of Miracle Media.
The film follows Rocket, Claire, Punkie, and Javier — four cosplaying, anime-loving best friends riding high after winning a major cosplay competition. When a run-in with a group of bullies pushes Claire to make a reckless wish, everything falls apart in the most spectacular way possible: her wish comes true, turning every asshole in the world into a zombie and unleashing full-scale carnage across Los Angeles.
Valle (Journeyman) co-wrote the screenplay with stars Erin Áine (Class Act) and Manny Luke (Manny’s World of Colour). The cast also includes Punkie Johnson and Christian Casillas. Following a positive run in the US — where it earned praise as a love letter to the cosplay community — the film now gets its UK debut. It packs knowing humor, genuine affection for its characters, and delivers the gorefest goods that the premise promises.
ZombieCON Vol. 1 is available on UK digital platforms from April 27, 2026, via Miracle Media.
