The Woodmen has officially landed on Amazon Prime for rent or purchase. Directed by Joshua Brucker, this found footage flick takes viewers deep into the ominous Great Smoky Mountains, where survival is not guaranteed.
Following three individuals fighting for their lives, The Woodmen features a tale of terror as they attempt to escape a clan of feral humans deeply rooted in the mountains. Directed by Joshua Brucker, the film delves into a relentless battle against a cunning and elusive adversary, hell-bent on protecting their land with deadly and savage force.
Brucker expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “’The Woodmen‘ is very much a passion project. It’s everything I love about the genre. I went out and made the movie I wanted to make, and I’m excited to get the film out there.”
Produced by Horror Dadz Productions and 105ive Films, this film introduces audiences to The Cryptidverse, a shared cinematic universe crafted by Horror Dadz Productions.
According to Dillon Brown, a fellow Horror Dadz director, The Woodmen is the next thrilling chapter in the expanding ‘Cryptidverse.’ He adds, “A young woman seeking peace in her time of grief and a clan of feral humans protecting their home by any means necessary will make you think twice about going into the woods alone.”
The cast is led by Anna Clary, Dan Grogan, and Hunter Nino, is supported by L.C. Holt, Bailey Harrington, Connor Flynn, Nancy Anne Ridder, and Leonora Scelfo.\
