Iphigames, Serafini Productions, and developer Horrified Triangles have debuted a new cinematic trailer for Haunted Bloodlines, their upcoming first-person psychological horror game, at The Horror Game Awards. The footage offers the first look at new scenes from the full game, which is in development for Steam and PlayStation 5.
Haunted Bloodlines drops players into an ever-shifting mansion inherited after the sudden death of a father. As you explore the sprawling estate hidden deep in a dark forest, rooms rearrange themselves, and memories that aren’t yours begin to surface. The deeper you dig into your family’s past, the harder it becomes to distinguish what’s real from what the house wants you to believe. With no means of defense, your only options are to hide or run — stay silent, track the mansion’s shifting layout, and survive.

The game blends the claustrophobic hallway dread of Hideo Kojima’s P.T. with the haunted-house atmosphere of Stephen King’s Rose Red, filtered through Greek mythology. Players will shift between the living world and a haunted mirror realm, solve puzzles by stepping into the past, and confront a sanity system that bends as tragedy unfolds around them. The project began as a student game before growing into a full release under Horrified Triangles, a development studio based in Athens, Greece, with publishing support from Iphigames.
