Derby’s QUAD arts venue is hosting Hot Goth Summer, a three-day vampire film festival and gothic marketplace running July 3–5, 2026. The event brings together classic and cult vampire cinema on the big screen, a goth market, and a range of free and ticketed programming throughout the weekend.

The film lineup runs from the 1950s through the 1990s, pairing introductions from film and vampire experts with stone-cold genre classics. Friday, July 3 opens with Interview With the Vampire at 6:15 pm, followed by a full Saturday schedule featuring Dracula — The Prince of Darkness (11:00 am), The Hunger (3:00 pm), and The Lost Boys (6:00 pm). Sunday closes the festival with a Vampire Reflections panel discussion at 4:00 pm and a full screening of Salem’s Lot — The Complete Miniseries at 6:00 pm.
Beyond the films, the event features Dracula’s Bazaar, an alternative market with vendors offering jewelry, clothing, accessories, books, and art. Friday night transforms the QUAD’s Café Bar into a Dances with Darkness goth club night with themed food and drink. Additional programming includes a writing workshop on the history of tarot and board game sessions running both Friday and Saturday, featuring Vampire: The Masquerade and Dungeons & Dragons.
Festival Passes are £45 standard and £35 for concessions.
Hot Goth Summer runs July 3–5, 2026, at Derby QUAD. Tickets and full event details are available at derbyquad.co.uk.
